Shipping Policy

Cost

Delivery is free on every order. There is no minimum spend. We cover the shipping cost on all orders.

How long it takes

Processing: 1 to 3 working days. Orders placed on a Friday evening or at the weekend may take slightly longer to start.

Delivery: 8 to 12 working days after dispatch.

Our pieces are made and shipped from our supplier's warehouse, so transit is longer than a domestic courier. We would rather tell you that up front than promise something we cannot hold to.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number when your parcel is dispatched. It can take up to 24 hours for the first scan to appear. You can also follow it on our Track Your Order page.

Cancellations

We use an automated order system, so orders begin processing immediately and we cannot stop a parcel once it has been dispatched. If your order is already in transit, please wait for it to arrive and then return it — see our Returns and Refunds policy.

Payment methods

Credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express), PayPal and Apple Pay / Google Pay where available. All payments are SSL-encrypted and handled by our payment providers.

If something goes wrong

If your parcel has not arrived within 20 working days of dispatch, email info@harrietoxford.co.uk with your order number and we will chase it or send a replacement.
