Terms and Conditions

TO COMPLETE: registered company name, registered address and company number. UK law requires the trader identity and a geographic address to appear here before selling.

About these terms

This website is operated by Harriet Oxford. By placing an order you accept these terms. Please read them before ordering.

Your order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we email you to confirm dispatch. If we cannot fulfil an order — an item is unavailable, or a price was shown incorrectly — we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is free. Any reference price shown next to a sale price is a price at which the item was previously offered.

Discounts

Multi-buy discounts apply automatically at checkout: 20% off two items, 25% off three, 30% off four or more. They cannot be combined with other offers unless stated, and run while stocks last.

Handmade goods

Our pieces are made by hand. Small variations in colour, weave and finish between items are a feature of that process and are not defects.

Delivery and returns

Our liability

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was formed.
